10 Months

YOU:

* still only have one bottom tooth
* your laugh is deep and definitely receives lots of comments about how cute it is
* you crawl fast, you pull up fast
* you can wave
* you still only say “Mama”
* you are getting better at eating food, not just drinking milk
* you did well while Mommy & Daddy left you for 5 days EXCEPT: crying for 2 1/2 hours the first night
* you love to wrestle with Daddy

She better be WRONG!

This was Audrey's bracket that we filled out.  I read off every match up and she said the "winner".  I thought it was really funny that she picked Xavier as the winner but to her Xavier is Cailou's friend on her favorite show-Cailou.  (she said Robert as the winner first and then after I wrote it down she said "no no, I want Xavier!"  So, now that K-State plays Xavier tomorrow night- Audrey better be WRONG.

Life

the last time...

The last time Chris & I were skiing

it was March of 06 and we stayed at Copper Mountain.

not Mommy & Daddy ~ little did we know that in exactly one year that would totally change.

Now, it's March of 10 and we're looking forward to another ski trip this time with great friends in Utah. 

Gosh, I'm lame. I have had these photos in my blog que for a long time.  I love my book so much that I wanted to share it with you too.
So, at Christmas I put my Christmas cards on this:

So, what do I do with our family picture and letter after the Christmas is over?

THIS: 

I just purchased a simple 12 by 12 leather- or pleather book (got this one at Target). 

The book starts when it all began:  

I put a picture on one side and then the letter on the other- just like this:  it's that SIMPLE.

It's really fun to go through this book and read our letters and look at our pictures we've sent out.

This has to be one of my favorite baby/toddler items- this seat for the tub.  It's just perfect for them to sit up in and play with toys w/out breaking a Mommy or Daddy's back. 
Here it is on Amazon, but I know we didn't pay that much for it- I think ours was about $25-30 when we bought it three years ago.

It's a BOY!

My brother and his wife Christina welcomed their son on Friday, March 5th at 10:17am California time. 
His name is WILLIAM JOHN and he weighed 6 lbs, 14 oz.

CONGRATS Ben & Christina.  You are going to be awesome parents.  That makes six grandkids for MiMa & Pops- three boys & three girls.  Luke & Robyn will break the tie in August!

A little getaway

A couple of weeks ago Mommy & Daddy T needed a break - this gloomy, cold, snowy weather was getting the best of us.  So, we booked a hotel in the "city" as Audrey says and had a great time away from the normal routine.  We swam, we ate, we rode the elevator several-MANY times and stayed on the 12th floor of the Embassy on the plaza.  It was good for everyone.
