Handsome Boy

Here's my handsome little boy on Sunday morning. 

Whenever I go to take a pic, the hands go up, the fingers spread and the tongue goes out.  ORNERY!

Helmet Head

While Audrey was playing t-ball this summer Isaac enjoyed wearing a helmet. 

Swimming

Growing up my brothers and I were part fish, now I have two fish.  I'm so proud. 

 Isaac loves going under, and loves jumping in no matter how deep and no matter if there's an adult there to catch or not. 

 This is Audrey with her swimming teacher Kortney.  Earlier this summer Audrey passed level II and next week will move on to Level III with Claire.  Needless to say, Audrey loves swimming lessons and I love watching her learn.   



Some things...

haven't changed.  My boy still likes his hat.  {yes, even in the hundred degree heat}  My boy still LOVES and I mean LOVES his binkies.  {yes, I try to keep it at nap and bed time only but dang that's hard}.  My boy still sleeps in a sleep sack.  {yes, I know but who wouldn't like sleeping in a soft cotton sack}

Baby Belly

31 weeks.

For the most part this little lady is a mover and a shaker but that's how it was with the other two.   Her brother always and I mean always is lifting my shirt and putting his head on my belly.  He also likes to plant wet slobbery kisses on my belly.  Her sister loves to ask "is baby girl moving in there?"  then she'll feel my belly and try to guess what body part she's feeling.   It's truly an amazing process and I simply can't wait to meet this little lady! 

9 weeks left

 Since my harddrive on my main computer is shot and will be in the hands of a smart techie man getting fixed I have no personal pics to show (but google images to the rescue).
 
Here's how I look: {yep, just like a basketball, oh and my belly button goes in an outward motion now- dang it}

Here's how I feel:  {yep, that's a blimp and yep somedays I feel THAT big}

Here's why I can't WAIT for September to be here: {oh and I won't feel like a sweaty, hot blimp anymore} 

Our Thrill Seeker!

On vacation there was a zip line attraction and Audrey made the height cut and was a definite yes- she wanted to do it.  So here's her and Daddy feeding her inner need for a thrill!

4th

4th of July Weekend. 

The annual Firecracker 5K.  Audrey ran in the kids race and got a ribbon which she was super proud of.

 Firework party.  No one ended up in the Fredericks pond- success I tell you.

 Ike watched the fireworks with Izzy.  {my little boy isn't so little anymore, he didn't need his Mommy during the loud fireworks ~ sniff sniff}

Summer Vacation

Our summer vacation this year took us to Chadron State Park in Nebraska and to the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore area in South Dakota.

Here are some highlights:

We had a great time, the kids did well on the drive (I heart my van), had quality family time and our 2011 summer vacation was a success!  After 9 hours in a car in one day my 29 week belly was sore and ready for a travel break.  :)
