The Great ToothLESS wonder

March 1st proved to be a rough day for Ike.  He proved tough through it all.
In true toddler fashion he tripped on his own two feet, fell to his knees then his mouth made direct contact with the cement sidewalk.  A cracked front tooth.  A home ER visit from Daddy, then directly to our dentist here in town which sent his x-rays to a Pedi Surgeon in Topeka and she wanted us down in Topeka immediately.  So, off we went.  Isaac is not happy but not really upset- he was fairly calm throughout the entire process- he just liked gathering the stickers from each office visit.  :-)
It was determined that the tooth was cracked all the way up to the root and on the backside as well which meant the tooth could not be saved, it had to be pulled.  So, off Ike went without us, just in the care of the dental staff (who were exceptional) and after some laughing gas, a movie, some sweet cute nurses the tooth was pulled and after a little bit we were reunited with our toothless wonder who had another bag of goodies, a balloon and more stickers than he knew what to do with.
There's that booger of a tooth- root and all.  One tooth is not going to slow this boy down, he'still eating well and a lot (even ate some chips tonight) and is still doing normal Ike activities.  Gotta love that!
